There is a free shuttle train between the two parks. The one-way trip takes about 8 minutes. The running time of the train is subject to the on-site inspection.

Tickets can only be used within the validity period. Please be sure to bring the mobile phone with the booking number when entering the park. You must enter the park with all the tourists traveling with the same order. Split verification will not be accepted.

The ticket is valid for the day, and you need to buy a separate ticket to exit the park and re-enter the park; the combined ticket only allows you to enter the Deep Pit Secret Realm and the Smurfs Park once on the day of the visit, and the ticket is valid on the day of the visit.

According to relevant regulations, all amusement facilities in the park will be regularly inspected and maintained. The related inspection and maintenance work may cause some amusement projects to be suspended or delayed in opening. The specific situation will be determined on site.

Due to weather, safety and user experience reasons, the opening hours of the park or any attractions in the park may be changed without prior notice, the park or any area in the park may be temporarily closed, the number of people entering the park may be controlled, or when the park is saturated, the admission of tourists may be suspended, and the operation of attractions and performances may be changed, delayed or cancelled. The specific details shall be subject to the on-site announcement of the park;

Some of the attractions in the park are not suitable for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, cervical spine disease, pregnant women, etc. Some attractions have restrictions on the height, waist circumference, weight and age of participating tourists. Without the permission of the park, tickets and other benefits are not transferable or refundable, unless otherwise provided by law. Tickets and other benefits will be invalidated immediately if they are changed without permission;

It is prohibited to bring food, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages exceeding 600 ml into the park;
