Begin by being greeted at your Chiang Mai accommodation by your local guide, and then meet your fellow foodies. For a more personal experience, the group size is limited to four people. Visit a local market and buy the necessary ingredients and discover how locals are buying and preparing their food. The tour at the market is not only the opportunity to buy a few supplies for the cooking class, but you'll also learn a lot about Thai culinary traditions feel free to ask any question as the tour will be customized for you. Once you're done, head to the classroom and prepare your individual cooking stations for the lesson. With a small group and a professional chef, you'll have plenty of time to ask questions about unfamiliar foods, ingredients, and how to eat some of Thailand's more exotic dishes as well as learn about the role of certain dishes in Thai culture. Enjoy the fruits of your labor by sharing a meal with your group. Exchange stories as you sample each others' cooking before you head back to your accommodation.

• You can also get picked up from your hotel in Chiang Mai town. • The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. • Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-shows
