Airport Drop-Off Overtime Surcharge : For airport pick-up transfer service, your driver will wait for you for up to 10 minutes . A surcharge applies for exceeding the waiting limit (SGD 20 for every 15 mins)
Long Distance Over 28km Surcharge : Calculate distance on Google Map using the route with the shortest distance. A surcharge applies for over 28 kilometers at SGD 20 surcharge to be paid to the driver.

- 2. Driver Contact: To ensure the driver can contact you to confirm your details no later than 9:30 PM the day before your scheduled service, you must proactively send your WhatsApp number and relevant booking details before you get on the flight to/from Singapore.
- 3. On-Arrival Contact: Upon landing, you are required to connect your phone to the airport's free Wi-Fi. This ensures the driver can contact you.If there is no driver contacted you, you can WhatsApp +6597296336
- 4. Airport Pick-Ups: Please confirm your preferred waiting system (Option A or Option B) at least 3 days before your scheduled pickup or drop-off. | If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered as a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued. |
- Option A: waiting time start from flight landing. This protects you from flight delays. (Free waiting time will be 60mins from flight landing time)
- Option B: Custom your own pickup time. This gives you extra time at the airport. (Free waiting time will be 15mins from custom timing)
- 5. Airport Drop-Offs: The driver's waiting time is 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time. | Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered as a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued. |
- 6. Midnight Bookings: You are responsible for entering the correct date and time. No refunds will be issued for errors.

- Airport Pick Up : Flight landing at 00:30 AM on December 16 requires a booking for December 16 (not December 15).
- Airport Drop Off : For a 01:00 AM departure flight on December 20, a 23:00 PM pickup requires a booking for December 19 (not December 20).
- 7. Surcharges: You are responsible for any extra fees related to excess luggage or extended distances. This must be paid to the driver on-site. Alternatively, you may need to rebook a more suitable vehicle.
