The Bund
Overview: The Bund is one of the most iconic landmarks in Shanghai, located along the western bank of the Huangpu River. It was the former financial and commercial center during the colonial era and is often called an “open-air museum of architecture.”
Nanjing Lu (Nanjing Road)
Nanjing Road is Shanghai’s most famous shopping street, stretching over 5 kilometers and divided into two main sections: East Nanjing Road and West Nanjing Road.
Chenghuang Miao (Yuyuan Garden)
Located right next to Yuyuan Garden, the City God Temple is a historic Taoist temple and a popular marketplace. Today, the term often refers not just to the temple itself but also to the busy shopping and food area around it.
