To activate your Seoul Transit Pass, simply click the 'APP DOWNLOAD' button in your confirmation email. Your link will be emailed from SUPERMOVE within 48 hours after purchasing the ticket. If you haven’t completed the sign-up process for the K-MOVE App, the app download page will appear. Once installed, complete your sign-up, and the app will automatically register your Seoul Transit Pass. The mobile transportation pass - Seoul Transit Pass is only available on Android devices with NFC functionality.

The link in the mail is valid for 3 months from booking confirmation date. - No refunds or cancellations are available after the pass has been activated and used. - This pass is refundable in case of non-use.
