Hermitage of Fondillón: A unique opportunity to learn about the history and culture of the famous Fondillón wine. Niche Society: A mysterious place where each niche holds secrets of the winemaking art. Olive Oil Museum: Get acquainted with ancient traditions and technologies of olive oil production. Exclusive Tasting: Sample exquisite varieties from our collection of 4 wines, including unique local types. Appreciate the taste of 2 types of extra virgin olive oil. And enjoy a refined selection of Iberian cured meats.
