This is the first experience where the guest becomes our sommelier. Thanks to our Tasting Notebook which will guide you during the tasting, you will learn to recognize and evaluate wine in all its aspects. Everything takes place in an exclusive-use location that recalls ancient Rome, where the protagonists are wine labels, rigorously selected, and combined with one of the pillars of Roman cuisine: the artichoke.
The experience will take place in an exclusive location with the collaboration of the "Il Giardino Romano" restaurant. The tasting will last approximately 120 minutes maximum and includes 5 courses, with the artichoke as the protagonist, with a pairing of 5 wines. Our notebook will be essential for our guests to recognize the wines that will be served. In this experience we will use local DOCG certified labels.
