Wiener Riesenrad

Wiener Riesenrad (Ferris Wheel) - A ride on the Wiener Riesenrad, Vienna's landmark that can be seen from afar, is part of the fixed Vienna programme. It was built in 1896 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Emperor Franz Joseph I's throne and was one of the largest Ferris wheels in the world at the time. Today it is the last Ferris wheel of its kind to be preserved in its original condition. Enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Vienna from a height of around 66 m and discover a landmark of the Austrian capital on a tour. With its silhouette visible from afar, the Ferris wheel is a special attraction for all visitors to Vienna. A tour of this important and at the same time fascinating building offers you unmistakable views over the entire city. It is said that if you have never ridden the Ferris wheel in your life and have never enjoyed the wonderful view over the roofs of Vienna, you have never really been in Vienna.

Danube Tower

The Danube Tower is a Viennese landmark, a technical masterpiece and shines in a stylish reinterpretation of the 1960s. Construction began in 1962 and the opening took place in 1964 on the occasion of the International Garden Show in Vienna. The express lift takes you to the viewing terrace at a height of 150 meters for an unforgettable 360° panorama from the visitor terrace or the rotating coffee house. A trip to the Danube Tower has it all: Located in one of the most beautiful and largest parks, the Danube Park, it is visible from afar and invites you to discover the tower up to its distinctive tip. Once you have arrived at the top, your gaze then wanders into the distance to the city limits and even far beyond. This change of perspective makes a visit to the Danube Tower an unforgettable experience. Learn about its history and enjoy the thrill of lofty heights. Jardines de Belvedere

The Belvedere Palace in Vienna is a palace complex that Johann Lucas von Hildebrandt (1668–1745) had built between 1714 and 1723 for Prince Eugene of Savoy (1663–1736). The Upper Belvedere and the Lower Belvedere (named because of their location on a slope south of what was then the city) form a baroque ensemble with the connecting gardens. The two palace buildings now house the collections of the Belvedere (Austrian Gallery Belvedere) and rooms for temporary exhibitions. On May 15, 1955, the Austrian State Treaty was signed in the Upper Belvedere. Even today you have a great view over Vienna from here. That's what the castle was called "Belvedere" - for the beautiful view. The prince had a private zoo built in the palace garden.
