Nestled in the medieval streets a few steps DA piazza del campo, it gives our guests a unique and suggestive atmosphere where every experience is accompanied by the beauty of Siena.
The cooking class will take you on a sensory journey through the flavors and aromas of Tuscany. The staff will welcome you with a glass of prosecco, you will be given the chef's DA hat and apron. The chefs will guide you revealing tricks and secrets of traditional cuisine. You will learn how to prepare traditional dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients. From the preparation of 3 fresh pastas (gnocchi, pici and tortelli), 3 seasonal sauces, meat main courses and conclude with the preparation of the famous tiramisu. Tasting of what is prepared with a combination of Rosso Toscano IGT wine, Chianti Classico Docg, Nobile di Montepulciano Docg and Brunello di Montalcino Docg at the end of the course.
