• Your driver will wait at the pick-up point for up to 45 minutes after your flight arrival. In case of flight delays or unexpected events, please contact your driver. If the driver cannot reach you within the 45-minute grace period, the service will be canceled without refunds
• Exceeding the 45-minute grace period will incur a surcharge of per hour, to be paid in cash on-site (actual charges may differ)

• Please provide your preferred pick-up time when booking. Allot at least 3.5–4 hours for traffic
• Your driver will wait at the hotel lobby for up to 15 minutes
• Exceeding the 15-minute grace period will incur a surcharge of per hour, to be paid on cash on-site (actual charges may differ)
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, road maintenance, strikes, or traffic congestion resulting in travelers missing their flight, travelers will not be granted tax refund claims, refunds, or compensation
