You must reserve tickets in advance, and you'll need to spend an additional 20-40 minutes reaching the station from your hotel. It’s also recommended to arrive at the station 10-30 minutes before departure to ensure timely boarding. Once you arrive at your destination, hailing a taxi and traveling to your final destination could take another 30-60 minutes.

After you make a reservation, we will collect the details of your pick-up location and advise you of the exact pick-up time within your chosen time frame. We will arrange a comfortable vehicle for your journey and provide you with the driver’s contact information, the vehicle's plate number, and an emergency contact number for added peace of mind.

- If you are traveling with a child under the age of 4, please inform us in advance. According to Taiwan law, children under the age of 4 must use a child safety seat while riding in a vehicle. We provide child safety seat rental services, and the rental fee (NT$300 each) can be paid directly in cash to the driver. If no child safety seat is provided, the driver will refuse to provide the service on-site, and in such cases, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
