We will pick up from any hotel in the city proper or main city only. If you are staying in out of town hotel location like hotels in San rafael, hotels sabang area extra pick up charge applies depending on your hotel location. If you are coming from the cruise ship we pick up at the exit gate of the pier. Our tourguide will be standing at the exit gate of the pier holding a name sign.

Tours are non refundable if cancelled by guests at anytime. No need to show voucher / No need to show tickets. You will show any ID and sign the attendance sheet to be given by the tourguide. Pick up from hotel is free if hotel is located within the city center. If hotel is out of town an extra pick up charge applies. Please inform if you are coming from the cruise ship. You may inform us the time of the ships arrival and departure time to be back at the ship. You may also contact us to request for private tour however there is a price difference you will add if you want to upgrate from shared tour to private for your group tour.
