We offer 25 minutes free waiting time from the pre-requested pickup time. If passengers think they may need longer time to reach arrival hall for an Airport pickup, They must contact us within 40 minutes of joining immigration line so we can keep their driver waiting.
Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel Pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.

- If passengers stuck at immigration line and think they will take longer than 75 minutes to reach arrival hall, they should try their best to contact us and inform their situation via phone or email using free wifi at the Airport.
- If passengers needed more time to get through immigration line than the pr- requested pickup time , they must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landed time so we can keep driver waiting.
- Adult pricing applies to all passengers.

- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark.
