Your day starts with a pickup from your hotel and a warm welcome at our cooking school with traditional tea. Learn about fresh local ingredients before hands-on cooking with expert guidance. First, prepare a classic Dal Bhaat Set—flavorful lentil soup, steamed rice, seasonal greens, pickles, and crispy papad. Enjoy your homemade meal, then relax in our peaceful garden. Next, master momos (Nepali dumplings)! Knead dough, mix fillings with fresh herbs, and fold perfect dumplings. Steam them while preparing spicy dipping sauce, then savor your creations. Our school offers a tranquil escape with mountain views (on clear days) and organic gardens. Before leaving, chat with your instructor, take home recipes, and enjoy a hassle-free return ride—with unforgettable memories of Nepali flavors!
