As a British Indian in Copenhagen, I've created a unique supper club blending traditional Indian flavors with Danish twists. It's more than dining—it's a cultural journey, offering:
Fusion Cuisine: Authentic Indian dishes infused with Danish elements. Architectural Ambiance: A space combining Indian vibrancy with Danish minimalism.
Cultural Stories: Each dish comes with a tale from India's rich heritage. Interactive Experience: Participate in cooking and learn about exotic spices.
Exclusivity: Limited seats for an intimate, quality experience. Join us for an evening of culinary exploration where Indian traditions meet Danish innovation, in a setting that's as beautiful as it is welcoming. Discover a unique taste of India in the heart of Copenhagen.
Upon your arrival, we'll start with an appetizer, setting the perfect stage for me to introduce myself and discuss our cooking plan. We have pre-prepared some items that require more time, ensuring a seamless experience for you. In the kitchen, we'll introduce you to the various spices and ingredients we'll be using. You'll have the chance to help prepare a selection of items before we begin the actual cooking. This session is an opportunity to learn valuable skills, such as crafting an authentic masala and mastering the art of tempering spices. It's important to note that while we mention a variety of dishes, such as Bhajia, Dhokla, Samosas, Chana Masala, Kormas, Palak Paneer, and Tarka Daals, served with traditional Chapattis and pickles, we won't be cooking all of them in one session. Instead, we'll select a few from this list, focusing on those that pique your interest the most. This hands-on experience allows you to be involved in the menu from the start, picking your preferred dishes to learn and cook, or you can choose to simply watch and enjoy the process. Rest assured, all the food we prepare is vegetarian, unless otherwise specified.
