- In the event where the similar chosen car type is not available, a Toyota Hiace will be used instead.
- # If you booked a car(up to group of 3) or van (up to group of 7), there will be a representative holding a sign at the Arrival Gate with your name on it. The representative will then call the driver when you have arrived.
- The driver will only wait for 90 minutes after your flight lands. Contact the operator should you be delayed.
- Surcharge - A MYR30-50 surcharge will apply if your hotel or destination is outside of the specified service areas, to be paid directly to the driver, to be confirmed by the operator
