The Assistant in a uniform (with a sign displaying your name) will meet you at the plane exit after the air-bridge. The guide will wait until all passengers disembark. Guide will remain with you until arrivals exit.

- Please advise Flight Details and arrival time at time of booking at checkout
- One Piece of luggage and one carry on per person if you have a transfer to your hotel included.

- All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
- For the question at checkout "Where would you like to be dropped off" please enter "Exit" or "Your Hotel Name" if you booked a airport transfer
- For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
- Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours (during office hours) before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
- Please note if you do not advise us of any changes to your original flight and the date passes, you must purchase a new ticket

Arrival Fast Track The guide will meet you at the end of the airbridge, after the airplane exit. They will have a sign board with your booking name. Passport name should be the same as booking name. Departure Fast Track The guide will wait for you at the check in desk. They will have a signboard with the lead booking name. IAsia Thailand will email you the meeting time which is approx 2hr - 2.5hr before departure time. I Asia Thailand may contact you after your booking to reconfirm your details.
