After booking, please provide your WhatsApp number for communication. Final pickup time and driver/vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp or email one day before or on the day of your tour. Please show your booking confirmation (printed or mobile) at the time of pickup. No physical ticket is required at the pier, but you must present the confirmation to our staff at Sea Angel Pier during check-in. For a smooth experience, arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup at your hotel lobby or the designated meeting point.
