Prepare for three hours of fun, food and new friends in this Pasta & Tiramisu class, perfect for families, couples, small groups, and solo travellers. After introductions, it’s tiramisu time. Using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, the chef will teach you how to make one of Italy’s most famous desserts. Then, you’ll move on to making your handmade pasta fettuccine. You’ll mix, roll and cut your dough, and prepare it for cooking before making your pasta sauce from scratch. Choose either a traditional carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce, depending on what you’re craving. Bond with your fellow chefs as the kitchen fills with the smells of your creations and once everything is ready, it’s time to sit down with your new foodie friends, your handmade food, and a delicious glass of local wine or non-alcoholic beverage of your choosing. At the end of the meal, cheers with a refreshing glass of limoncello and take home a digital version of the day's recipes.
