Together with your guide Terraventura, a Chilean barbecue and asado specialist, we'll learn how to prepare a classic Chilean asado, from the basics of fire preparation using wood and native charcoal to typical Chilean dishes, such as southern Chilean meat and braised vegetables, all cooked over a metal plow disc at the ideal temperature and just enough time to achieve al dente. We'll pair all of this with Chilean wine and beer, and to finish, we'll learn how to prepare a dessert: Celestino pancakes or tutti frutti with fresh fruit, according to our guests' taste.
