• Overloading risk: If the passenger or luggage capacity is exceeded and the vehicle cannot be boarded, the cost will be borne by the guest.
• Vehicle Adjustment: Depending on the situation on the day, we may provide vehicles of the same class to ensure a comfortable trip.
• A 7-seater car can accommodate up to 6 people, but if there are 6 larger people among the passengers, it is recommended to choose a 10-seater car to ensure a comfortable ride and sufficient luggage space. Notes
• This vehicle can only be driven within 100 kilometers of the departure hotel in Osaka City and within 300 kilometers outside Osaka City (if the itinerary is not in the same area, for example: Kyoto + Nara area, a cross-region service fee will be charged)
• The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and the start or end time is 8 hours at a different location (reserved time based on actual conditions); the service time is 07:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions
• Special note: For a car with more than 18 seats, the total duration of the chartered car service is 9 hours, and 7 hours if it starts or ends at a different location (time is reserved based on actual conditions); the service is available from 07:00 to 20:00, and overtime can be up to 1 hour.
• If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays caused by traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: Vehicles with less than 10 seats: 5,000 yen for each hour of overtime Vehicles with 14 seats or more: 10,000 yen for each hour of overtime
• Late night service charge starts from 5,000 yen
• Departure time can be based on passenger needs (within the service time)
• Please note that the driver can only speak Chinese or Japanese, or English using translation software
• The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before the departure), please pay attention
• The pick-up and drop-off points are all in hotels or B&Bs in Osaka (for out-of-town pick-ups, please allow the driver some free time or pay an additional fee based on actual conditions)
• If your pick up location is selected but is outside of Osaka, the ride will take 9 hours.
• If your pick-up location is outside of Osaka, an additional 5,000 yen will be charged.
• If the departure/end point is at Kansai Airport or Izumi City, additional fees will be required.
• Excess mileage fee: When the total mileage exceeds 300 kilometers, an additional fee of JPY400/kilometer will be charged
