【Service Scope】

You can choose any of the following reference routes. If you want to go to a place close to you, you can adjust it flexibly. Please consult customer service in advance.
The boarding location can be changed free of charge up to 2 days in advance. Changes after the latest time will not be accepted.
Service hours: 6:00-22:00
If you make a reservation before 6:00 or after 22:00, a night service fee will be charged.
The 10 hours are calculated from the time specified by the guest. If the guest is late, the driver will wait until the end of the car usage time, and the late time will also be included in the service time; if the guest does not show up, no refund will be made.
If the guest is late and cannot complete the trip, he/she can discuss with the driver to shorten the trip or extend the service time. If the latter is chosen, the overtime fee will be paid.
The fixed mileage is 300 kilometers. Additional charges will be incurred if the mileage exceeds the limit. Please consult customer service.

We will cancel without loss, partially refund or try to change the time for you. If any additional costs are incurred due to the changes, we will also inform you.

Valid Period

The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration

Surcharge

If you make a reservation before 6:00 or after 22:00, a night service fee of 1,000 yen/hour will be charged.

One child booster seat can be provided free of charge. If two or more are required, the additional seats will be charged at 2,000 yen per seat.

If the usage time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged. Please pay it to the driver in cash on the day. If the time is exceeded due to objective factors such as traffic jams, the charge will still be 5,000 yen per hour.

The fixed mileage is 300 kilometers. Please consult customer service for charges exceeding this limit.

If you need to private charter car for multiple days and stay overnight outside of Tokyo, you will need to pay an additional 6,000 yen per day for the driver's accommodation fee. Please pay it to the driver in cash on the day.
