- Tours run rain or shine. We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.
- Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat and Journey Behind the Falls. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet!
- Parking is limited in Niagara Falls and lots often fill up by mid day. We suggest taking an Uber or Taxi to the meeting point. However, there are a number of paid parking lots in the area, the closest being on Hiram Street.

- Meet at 5920 Niagara Parkway- Niagara City Cruises Main Ticket Plaza. Look for the white sails beside the Zipline Tower. Your guide will be holding a Falls View Tour Sign. Note: Please do not go down the elevator without your guide. This tour meets 15 minutes prior to the start time.
