Welcome to my cooking class, you will have a memorable and wonderful personal cooking experience.
I have written a general itinerary of what we are going to do. Please take a minute to read it.
We will meet next to the local pharmacy near my home, to facilitate the meeting point for you.
We wil go together to buy ingredients from local market (optional)
I'll start my cooking class teaching you how to make traditional Egyptian welcoming drink.
I will walk you through the cooking process step by step and teach you my personal cooking technique and my unique selection of herbs and spices to create the most authentic Egyptian meals you have ever tasted.

(Subject to Option Inclusions)Egyptian food and culture is quite under represented in the Egypt . And going to trip to Cairo may not sound very easy . But you can experience Egyptian culture by coming to my home in the heart of Cairo in my kitchen. I will show you how to cook Egyptian and will also make you familiar with the culture background of the food you are learning to cook . You can participate in cooking hands -on or can you sit back at my bar table and watch me prepare . While we cook and eat together when the cooking finish you be served the meal at my dining table . I will give you the written recipes of the dishes to take home with. If you want visit market to bring the ingredients together please let me know
