Travel Requirements
① Printed mobile voucher sent by the operator via email
② Valid ID
③ Arrive one hour before your departure time. Failure to arrive by this time will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued
Refunds
- Your payment for the booking will be refunded to the payment method which you used to book your activity.
- Depending on your payment method, your refund can take 3-14 days to be reflected in your account.
Additional Information
- Actual seat numbers will be given during check-in
- Should seats will be forfeited and a cancellation charge of 25% will be implemented
- Trip schedules and bus assignments may change without prior notice. This may be due to unforeseen weather changes, road and traffic conditions, holidays, maintenance and security measures
Rebooking Policy
- Rebooking fees are equal to 10% of ticket price plus P100 processing fee per way. Our team will contact you regarding the exact amount and payment details within 24 hours of your request.

Pet Policy
- In compliance with LTFRB and the Animal Welfare Act, PTCI does not allow transport of live animals of any kind, except fowls and other house pets, ie., dogs, cats, hamsters, etc.
