Bar Craft is no ordinary chocolate-making class — it’s an immersive, hands-on experience set inside a working boutique chocolate factory, nestled in a Tasmanian vineyard.
What makes it truly special? You’re not just decorating pre-made chocolate. You’re stepping behind the scenes of Federation Chocolate — a family-run maker known for ethically sourced cacao, small-batch craftsmanship, and rich Tasmanian flavour.
As you craft your own bar, you’ll smell the melted chocolate, feel the texture of each topping, and discover how artisan chocolate is truly made — all while surrounded by the vines of Every Man and His Dog Vineyard and the scent of cocoa in the air.
