The driver will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located after the customs exit. For your departure back to the airport our supplier on the ground will be in touch 24 hours before the travel date to confirm the scheduled pickup time, we combine all guests going back on the same flight or very similar departure time, taking into account that they have to be at the airport two hours prior to the departure time. Sometimes the clients to get to the airport a little earlier however it all depends on how many clients and Hotel destinations we have on that day. Funchal airport is very small and they only open check-in 2 hours prior to the flight departure time.
