You will be picked up to visit a local market offering a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, meat cuts & fish. After that, arrive to the restaurant and participate in a Pisco Sour demo class. You will also have a cooking peruvian dish demo class. Then you will enjoy a tasty lunch and return to your hotel. At afternoon, get ready to explore Lima's old town, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Start the tour with the Casa Aliaga, a 1535 colonial mansion. This is the only house of the period that still belongs to the same family. Continue with a scenic tour of the colonial centre: the Plaza de Armas, where you can appreciate the architecture of the Spanish Empire. There you will find its magnificent Cathedral, built in the 16th century. The tour ends at the Larco Museum that contains an impressive collection of pre-Columbian pieces of gold, silver, looms and erotic art. After this visit, you will return to your hotel.

Lima
At the local market, you will have the chance to see the ingredients used to prepare our most traditional dishes. After that, traditional eatery where our Chef will give us a practical demonstration of how ceviche is prepared as well as the mixing and a tasting of a delicious pisco sour.
Miraflores
Visit a restaurant in Miraflores overlooking the Pacific Ocean and be part of a cooking Demo class. The "Causa" is a dish that is made from mashed and seasoned potato, creating two tiers that are filled with chicken, tuna, crab, vegetables, or another ingredient of your choice. Then learn to prepare our flag drink "pisco sour" - a sweet mixture of lemon, egg, sugar and pisco. Finally, continue with the toast in front of the sea, while you wait for lunch consisting of a traditional Peruvian dish.
Centro Historico de Lima
It is here that you can appreciate countless examples of grandiose colonial architecture like the Government Palace, the Cathedral of Lima, the Archbishops, and Municipal Palace.
