Once in Paracas, you will have the opportunity to delight in a delicious breakfast on your own, preparing you for what comes next. Aboard a speedboat, we will head towards the legendary Ballestas Islands! Imagine finding yourself surrounded by the most amazing marine life: sea lions frolicking in the water, Humboldt penguins gliding gracefully, and majestic pelicans soaring through the skies. But that’s not all: you will witness the mysterious Candelabro geoglyph. Continuing our tour, we will enjoy a live demonstration of the preparation of traditional Peruvian ceviche, a dish declared a World Cultural Heritage Site. At the end, we will delight our palates with a tasting that will capture the essence of this exquisite recipe.

The adventure continues as we head to the charming city of Ica. There, we will visit a Catador or Nietto winery, immersing ourselves in the fascinating world of wine and pisco production. You will learn the secrets behind these exquisite drinks and taste a variety of carefully selected regional products. Then we will proceed to lunch a typical dish of the area.
