Onsen Etiquette
Let’s Relax Spa does not allow guest with rashes/skin illness and pregnant women to use the service. This will forfeit any refund for any reason
The onsen must be used before the treatments eg. oil massage, scrub. You are not allowed to return to the onsen after the treatment.
Onsen is Japanese Urban Onsen concept. Guest cannot wear any clothes inside Onsen Zone. Guest can only bring small towel to enter this zone
For other facilities, guest must wear Jinbei Tops and Bottoms provided to enter this
