The operator will contact you for confirmation during the waiting time. Failure to be available at the pick up time will be marked as no show

The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes with no surcharge. If you do not show up or contact us, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued

If a traffic violation or minor car accident occurs, alternate vehicles will be arranged by the operator for your tour if needed

Local operator will contact you regarding the pick up information within 24 hours after your booking has been confirmed. Make sure to put your contact details upon checkout

Pets are allowed for a fee of Php 500 per pet. Pets exceeding 20 pounds must be contained within a cage or crate. Failure to comply may result in the driver refusing the reservation without eligibility for a refund

The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

This service can accommodate 1 small bag per passenger. All luggage must be declared upon booking

Drive-thrus can be accommodated along the designated route at no extra charge. There is no need to inform the operator beforehand; simply communicate your request directly to the driver as long as it aligns with the designated routes
