Join Teresa in her kitchen to prepare three delicious Sicilian dishes with fresh and seasonal ingredients. The lesson is practical, fun and informative, perfect for those who love local, healthy and authentic cuisine. You will cook, learn new skills and enjoy the meal you have prepared. (vegetarian food available on request, no gluten free) If you want to do the shopping for the lesson, At 8.30 an informative, olfactory and tasting walk at the Ortigia market begins. I suggest you book it, it only costs €50 extra to be paid on site. The experience is recommended for a minimum of two people

STARTER - First course

Sicilian appetizer with vegetables or a meat dish or a fish dish . The meal is seasonal and always changes.You can add your preferences in advance.

MAIN - Main course

Fresh pasta: ravioli, busiate o cavatelli or dry pasta or pizza or Sicilian impanata with vegetables or arancine You can indicate your preferences.

DESSERT - Sicilian dessert

In Sicily we have an excellent fresh ricotta. Usually the dessert is with local ricotta or with Avola almonds or a tiramisu or with Bronte pistachios.

La villa si trova ad Arenella, una zona di mare a soli 15 minuti da Siracusa/Ortigia .La strada non è percorribile a piedi . Opzioni di trasporto: Servizio di pick-up: €20 a persona (andata e ritorno per la villa di Teresa). Prima della lezione alle 8.30 e’ disponibile il tour al mercato per fare la spesa per la lezione di cucina. Chiedi info.
