I welcome you to my sake tasting experience in Kyoto. Fushimi area is famous not only Fushimi inari but also sake production. Kyoto is 2nd biggest production in Japan. Basically Kyoto's sake tastes sweet because of soft water. We'll explore two of my favorite breweries, sake museum and local bar. I'm passionate about sake, and I’d like to share with you the process of sake making, comparing different kinds and brands.
