  • Pick-Up Time: If unspecified in the "Note" section, the driver will wait for you in front of the Orange Convenience Store in the arrival hall, holding a "永盛旅遊 (Yun Sheng Travel)" sign
  • Waiting Time: Airport pick-ups come with a 40-minute grace period. Late arrivals, without prior notice given, will be considered canceled with no refund
  • For early arrivals, the 40-minute grace period starts from your actual landing time
  • If you're delayed up to 1 hour, the driver will wait 40 minutes from the actual arrival time. For delays, contact the local agency promptly; failure to do so may result in cancellation

Effective 1st DECEMBER 2023 all international arrival via land, air and sea entry point into MALAYSIA are required to fill in MALAYSIA DIGITAL ARRIVAL CARD (MDAC) 3 days prior arrival for integration of arrival database with current upgrade Malaysia Immigration (MyIMM) system coming online prior undertaking biometric processing mandatory required.
