Each participant can bring one light hand luggage. If you want to bring a suitcase or large luggage, please contact customer service in advance to confirm or leave a note in the order notes.
According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours. To ensure the safety of the drivers and the stability of the journey, the itinerary may be adjusted based on the actual situation, including reducing the time spent at tourist attractions or canceling certain sights. Therefore, refunds will not be provided.
During the travel and free activity periods, please be sure to pay attention to your personal and property safety. In case of any accidents or losses, the responsibility will be borne by the guests.
When registering, please be sure to clearly note the number of children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat, as well as the quantity of luggage. If this results in insufficient space in the vehicle, boarding will be denied, and no refunds will be issued.
The operator will arrange different vehicle models based on the actual number of travelers. It is not possible to request a specific model. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note: As this is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you.
If the traveler is over 70 years old or pregnant, at least one adult companion is required to accompany them. To ensure safety and complete the relevant protection process, they need to sign a waiver of liability agreement. Please make a note in the "Special Needs" column when booking. After receiving the order, we will email the waiver of liability agreement document. Kindly sign it in advance, take a photo, and return it to complete the registration process.
We will try our best to arrange seats, but since this trip is a carpool tour, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks. We will try our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. We hope to gain your understanding and tolerance. Guests participating in free activities or optional paid activities are responsible for arranging and allocating their own activity times. If the timing of these activities affects the progress of subsequent itineraries, guests will bear any related responsibilities.
During the group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave the group in advance or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to have been abandoned by you, and no fees will be refunded. Any accidents that may occur after the tourists leave the group or leave the group are required. You bear the responsibility yourself, please understand!

If we do not receive a clear official notice to cancel the event, we will arrange it according to the original plan. If the flowering period or special event cannot meet expectations, no refund will be made. Please be aware.
The return time is for reference only and may be adjusted earlier or later depending on the smoothness of the day's itinerary or traffic conditions.
Participants are advised to purchase suitable travel insurance.
During periods of free activities or optional activities, participants are responsible for their own safety and the safekeeping of their belongings. Please manage your time appropriately to avoid affecting the subsequent itinerary. If any accidents or delays in the itinerary occur due to personal choices, time management, or uncontrollable factors, participants shall bear full responsibility.

In the event of any issues arising during the trip (including accidents, personal injuries, etc.), all handling and responsibilities will ultimately be borne by the operator. Your itinerary begins with a visit to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, a popular tourist attraction and UNESCO World Heritage site in Kyoto. It is not only the oldest temple in Kyoto but also a national treasure of Japan. Next, you will proceed to Fushimi Inari Taisha, famous for its "Senbon Torii." It holds the top spot in the ranking of "Most Popular Japanese Attractions for Foreign Visitors." Lastly, you will head to Nara Park, where you can explore Todai-ji Temple and Kasuga Grand Shrine, both renowned historical sites in Nara. Near the park is Mount Wakakusa, which hosts traditional events like the "Wakakusa Yamayaki" every January. Nara Park is also home to the largest concentration of deer, you can experience feeding the cute deer.
