• This activity is physically demanding. You have read the relevant instructions and regulations of this activity in detail and are aware of the relevant medical and natural risks involved in this activity. I understand that the activities include (but are not limited to) orienteering, water sports, rock climbing and abseiling of high and low structures, and cover both daytime and nighttime activities. I declare that I am in good health and able to participate in this activity.
