Your assistant will handle visa formalities, including fee deposit and document submission (self-presentation at immigration required). After immigration, you’ll be guided through Security check (short queue), then baggage collection, and customs. During peak times, if there are long queues, you can relax in the lounge while waiting.
Outside, your assistant will help with luggage handling and ensure a seamless transfer to your hotel.
Fast-track services are not available at TIA Airport due to security regulations. All passengers must follow standard immigration procedures. However, our expert team will ensure a smooth and efficient process, minimizing hassle and delays.

You’ll need to present yourself at immigration for the visa stamp, after which your assistant will guide you through security check and assist you with collecting your baggage.
We take care of transfers, baggage collection, and visa processing, ensuring a seamless arrival in Kathmandu. Enjoy lounge access while we handle the details. Once your visa processing is complete, your assistant will collect your luggage and arrange your transfer to your hotel for a hassle-free journey.
There is no fast-track service available in Nepal.
