Jasper National Park
Jasper National Park is one of four national parks that are part of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984. Jasper SkyTram
The Jasper SkyTram was built in 1977 and was originally called the Jasper Tramway. Its name was changed to the Jasper SkyTram in 2003. The tram takes visitors to the top of Whistlers Mountain, which offers stunning views of the Canadian Rockies. The Jasper SkyTram is a popular tourist attraction and is open year-round. However, it's best to visit during the spring and summer months when the weather is warmest and the views are clearest.
Athabasca Glacier
The Athabasca Glacier is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada. It is the most accessible glacier in the Canadian Rockies and is a great place to see how glaciers work up close. The Athabasca Glacier is a remnant from the last Ice Age and is constantly receding. It is estimated that the glacier has lost around 70% of its mass in the last 100 years.
