Kimono Experience at Inuyama Castle Town
Strolling through the streets of Inuyama Castle Town in traditional Japanese attire, Kimono, is surely a wonderful experience.
This townscape is enveloped in an extraordinary atmosphere, as if you are traveling through time. The towering traditional storehouses make you feel as if you have been transported back to the Edo period.
The perfect accompaniment to this atmosphere is the exquisite sight of people wearing beautiful kimonos. As you walk through the town, you can gracefully sway your kimono and enjoy the evocative scenery that evokes a bygone era. At designated photo spots, your kimono-clad figure will blend seamlessly with the townscape, allowing you to capture captivating photographs.
Inuyama Castle
This castle is one of the famous castles in Japan, located in the city of Inuyama. The castle was constructed in 1537 by the military commander Oda Nobuyoshi. Situated atop a steep cliff, the castle's fortifications are considered a masterpiece of castle architecture from that era. The distinctive features include a triple-tiered bailey and impressive stone walls. The castle's keep (tenshu) has been designated as a National Treasure.
Sado Experience
Sado(Japanese tea ceremony) is one of the most representative traditional cultures of Japan. Beyond its aesthetic beauty and meticulous etiquette, Sado embodies the Japanese aesthetic sensibility and spirituality. Highly recommended experiencing the world of the tea ceremony to gain a deeper appreciation for Japanese culture.
