No trip to the Hunter Valley would be complete without a stop at the famous HV Chocolate Company for a chocolate tasting. Finally, we’ll bid farewell at the HV Visitor Centre after a short stop.

In the 1980s, Lindeman's famous wine was born: the iconic Lindeman's Bin 65 Chardonnay. Launched in Canada in 1985, this fruit-driven wine style became popular in the Northern Hemisphere. After achieving success in Canada and the United States, Lindeman's Bin 65 returned to Australia in 1991. Today, the Bin series has expanded to include 19 popular varieties, capturing the world's admiration for Australian wine styles and enhancing the international recognition of Lindeman wines.
