Animals see the horses as other animals so you can get much closer to the animals than you would usually. Hear the sounds of the nature like bird calls and the wind in the grass, feel the breeze on your face and arms and enjoy the warmth of the sun. The added height from the horse also gives a totally different perspective to your surroundings

What's included in Horseback Safari Adventure
(Subject to Option Inclusions)It takes about 1 hour to arrive at the location where the horseback safari takes place. The drive there is quite scenic as we will pass by the Magaliesburg Mountain range. We will arrive at the reserve 30 minutes before the activity starts so that you have time to be fitted with a helmet and receive a safety briefing. Then your guide will allocate a horse to you. You can climb the stairs to make mounting the horse easier. Then you will go out into the nature reserve on horseback to look for interesting animals like giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and various antelope and birds. You will be on the horse for about 1 hour. After you return we will say good bye to the horses and leave the reserve. It will take approximately one hour to get back to your pick up point.

- There is a small tuck shop at the venue selling some cool drinks which is not included on the tour but you are welcome to buy extra refeshments
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- No babies or toddlers under 7 years of age
