Your tour begins with a warm welcome and a cup of traditional coffee at a lookout point with spectacular views of the agave fields. From this privileged vantage point, you'll enjoy a guided tasting of artisanal tequila, where you'll learn about its history, process, and unique flavors. Afterwards, you'll enjoy an unforgettable experience riding through the majestic agave fields on your way to our next destination.
Hacienda de Oro
At this point in the tour, we'll leave the horses to enjoy a well-deserved rest and a delicious typical Mexican breakfast. The food is prepared by local cooks using traditional recipes and freshly made tortillas on a comal that accompany dishes such as authentic chilaquiles or flavorful regional stews. After breakfast, we'll visit the tequila factory, where you'll witness the entire process: from the cooking of the agave heart, its grinding, fermentation, and resting in the cellars—perfect for taking photos—to the final bottling of this iconic beverage.
