• During weekends and red days in Japan, you may encounter traffic jams and attractions may close early during your trip. We will reduce or shorten the itinerary according to the actual situation. I hope you can understand that the tour guide or driver will do their best to serve you. Please do not make dinner reservations, as you may not be able to catch the plane or Shinkansen on the same day.
• If you need to carry luggage, please inform us in advance. The luggage fee is JPY2000 per piece, and you must pay the driver or tour guide in cash on the same day
• Please pay attention to your email address. If you cannot contact you through the communication software, we will contact you by email
• We will try our best to arrange the seat needs, but since this trip is a carpooling tour, the seat allocation mainly follows the first-come, first-served principle. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks, and we will try our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. I hope to get your understanding and tolerance, thank you for your understanding.
• Please note: Since this activity is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you, please understand.
• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification will be sent 1 day before departure.
• If there are bad weather conditions such as typhoons and snowstorms, the tour will be cancelled 1 day before departure (18:00 local time) and will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
• Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothes (if necessary).
• The above itinerary is for reference only and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid arranging activities that night. We apologize for any delays.
• The company is not responsible for being unable to join the tour or taking photos of poor quality scenery due to force majeure such as traffic and weather. We cannot refund or reschedule. Please understand.
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or stay time of each attraction will be adjusted. Please inform if you know.
• If it is impossible to reach the fifth station of Mount Fuji due to bad weather or traffic, the itinerary will be changed to Sengen Park. Please understand.
• The company will not refund if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the designated time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you must bear the corresponding losses yourself, please understand.
• Children under 3 years old who need to occupy a seat must purchase a ticket, the same price as adults, and need to be noted.
• Children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free, and need to be noted. If not noted, they cannot be arranged.
• Used car type: dispatched according to the number of people. When a small group is out, the driver and the accompanying personnel will be arranged to provide full-time travel services, and no additional leader will be assigned. Please note.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period of flowers or red leaves, and the itinerary will not be suspended or refunded for this reason. Please note.
• Due to the large number of people during the flower season/maple viewing season, there is a possibility of serious traffic jams, so it is recommended to bring your own light food.
• The flower viewing period or maple viewing period may be slightly affected by weather conditions and may be slightly earlier or later. After the tour is completed, it will not be affected by the flowering/maple red conditions. Please be aware of this.
• After the tour departs, if the tour is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred, but the additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passengers themselves.
