Helicopter tours depart between 12pm and 4pm. You MUST call Air Maui prior to travel date to confirm your departure time.
Weight restrictions: For each single passenger weighing 240 pounds or 2 passengers combined over 420 pounds an additional seat must be purchased.

Air Maui Helicopter Tours
Maui helicopter tours meet at the easy to locate Kahului Heliport. Take to the air and enjoy Maui's diverse landscape of dormant volcanoes, rugged lava flows, lush tropical rainforests and deep valleys filled with cascading waterfalls. Maui helicopter rides are perfect because around 75% of Maui is inaccessible on the ground due to the extreme terrain and rainforests.

- Weight restrictions: For a single passenger booking weighing 240lbs or more, a combined weight (2 passengers) of 420lbs or more or for groups of 3 or more an average weight of 200lbs or more an additional seat must be purchased at the time of booking. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers on board.
- We recommended that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour
- All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.
- Flight routes & sights may vary due to weather.
- Infants under 24 months must sit on an adult lap. PLEASE CONTACT AIR MAUI IF BRINGING AN INFANT. Over 24 months must occupy their own paid seat. We follow the same FAA regulations as the airlines.
- Please contact Air Maui directly for your check in and departure time at least 72 hours prior to your flight!
- Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
- Helicopter is a shared cabin of 6 passengers and one pilot on each tour.
- No bags allowed on board. This includes purses, fanny packs, backpacks, etc.
- Customers must pay for parking with the QR code at the entrance of the heliport. We have the QR code in our office as well. CREDIT CARD ONLY.

This includes a purse, fanny pack, backpack, etc. DIRECTIONS TO HELIPORT: Address for GPS: 108 Lelepio Place Kahului, HI 96732 Or follow these turn by turn directions below: From Lahaina/Kaanapali/Kapalua Area (Allow 60-70 minutes drive time): Take Hwy 30 to Hwy. 380. Stay straight as 380 turns into Mayor Elmer F. Cravalho Way headed toward the Kahului Airport. Stay in the right hand lane. There will be a "HELIPORT" sign and right hand exit for the heliport. Follow the HELIPORT signs. Once you turn into the heliport, drive to the end. Air Maui is the last hangar on the left. From Kihei/Wailea Area (Allow 30-45 minutes drive time): Take Hwy 31 to Hwy 311 (Maui Veterans Hwy) Turn right on Ho'okele St. drive for about 2 miles and turn right onto hwy. 36 (Hana hwy.) Drive about a mile and turn left on hwy. 37 (Haleakala hwy.) Drive 2 blocks to the stop sign. The HELIPORT is straight ahead. Air Maui is the last hangar.
