We will leave through the Bogotá savannah in the direction of Zipaquirá, 40 km away; a town of high indigenous value dominated in antiquity by the ancient Muisca chief: Zipa. We will enter the Salt Cathedral, an architectural work built inside the salt mines 180 meters deep that houses myths and legends of the region and of the miners.
It is a unique place that has become a religious center and is one of the most famous Catholic shrines in the country that remembers the Way of the Cross of Jesus Christ, attracting pilgrims and tourists. At the end of the visit, a brief stop is made in the Plaza de Zipaquirá to freely explore its most representative streets.
