There's many touristy areas that people go to in Colorado that are great but its good to see some places that are more off the beaten path. Here you can see three beautiful lakes on a hike that's not that difficult.

Experience the breathtaking beauty of Colorado’s alpine lakes on a guided hike through some of the most stunning terrain in the Rocky Mountains. Depending on the time of year, we’ll choose the best destination based on current trail and snow conditions—many higher elevation trails remain snow-covered well into June. When that’s the case, we’ll head to a gorgeous lower-elevation lake instead. Our hikes typically range from 4 to 6 miles round trip, taking us to elevations between 9,000 and 12,000 feet. You can expect to spend about three hours on the trail, surrounded by wildflowers, evergreens, and sweeping mountain views. The drive to these trailheads usually takes between one and one and a half hours from Denver. Popular destinations include the sparkling Silver Dollar Lake with its dramatic ridgeline, the tranquil and forested Lost Lake, the wildflower-filled basin of Lake Isabelle, and the secluded twin Crater Lakes nestled beneath rugged cliffs. Each location offers a unique and unforgettable alpine experience.
