Purchase Summary
- This is a beginner to intermediate tour and is suitable for all ages. We offer a variety of kids' equipment in order to ensure that everyone is safe and comfortable on this tour. We have tag-alongs, child seats, trailers, and independent kids bikes
- Electric bikes are not necessary for this tour, but very helpful! They are pedal assist bikes that give you a boost as you go uphill/while you ride. It is certainly doable without the electric bike, but there are a few hills along the way
- A liability waiver must be signed at the beginning of each tour by all guests age 18 or over
- Travelers under age 18 are required to be accompanied by at least 1 adult, please consider before booking
- Travelers must be able to ride their own bikes. Attachments such as double trailers and tagalong bikes are not allowed, please consider before booking
- Weather in the Bay Area fluctuates rapidly and as such we have established rain-cancellation procedures that meets the needs of our changing climate. The local tour operator often wait until 30 minutes before a tour to call any changes, as it can quickly go from a rainy to sunny day
- The tour operator will take a monetary authorization from your credit card and check corresponding ID prior at tour check in; USD100 per regular bike and USD500 per electric bike / larger groups will be reduced per each
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
