We will walk through its streets and learn the history of its alleys, houses and squares. After this walking tour you will understand why they always say: “I love Getsemaní”. We will walk on the Walls and you will understand why it is called “El Arrabal de Getsemaní”. We start in the Centenario Park (at the foot of the obelisk) to begin this wonderful tour.

The first stop is on Calle de la Sierpe, where you will find urban art that adorns Calle de la Sierpe, which has become one of the most popular streets in Cartagena. The graffiti that decorates the walls, doors and windows of this street are one of its great attractions, not only because of their creativity but also because of the different textures on which they are worked.
The second stop is Calle San Juan. Named after Saint John the Baptist, it is one of the few places in Cartagena that retains its original name from the colonial era. Here you will find an impressive collection of mural paintings, along with a variety of delicious cafes and restaurants lining the street.
