DIVING REMARKS & PRECAUTIONS
Please take note. *The time required for the course maybe shortened or extended depending on the guest’s aptitude. *Due to weather, ocean conditions and other reasons, the time and order of the course maybe changed without prior notice. *Lecture instructions and teaching materials are available both in English and Japanese. *Transportation drivers are English speaking only. *It is not allowed to board an airplane or any vehicle that moves to high altitude within 18 hours after you finished diving due to the effect of the pressure. If you planning to do diving please pay attention to your return flight details.
Those who are under the following conditions will not be allowed to participate diving activity. 1.Those who have consumed alcohol before the activity or customers who have hangover. 2.Those who took medicine on that day or those who taking daily medicine. 3.Those who have problems in the ear, nose and respiratory systems, lungs( asthma, pneumothorax, etc), heart, etc., or have been sick in the past 4.Those who have various hernias. 5.Those who have some trouble with nerves. 6.Those who are pregnant or may become pregnant. 7.Guests who have medical history other than above, and guests who are over 65 years old are required to have medical certificate from a doctor certifying that you are in good physical condition before diving. Please prepare in advance. Please bring a medical certificate issued within 6 months. *Even if you fall under 1~7, it may be possible to participate the activity by submitting a medical certificate from a doctor stating that there is no problem with diving or diving activities. *IF your medical history is checked in the site, we may refuse you to participate. (Non-refundable) *If a doctor ‘s certificate is required, an additional fee will be charged. (Charge to personal account)
Note: All participants are required to complete a PADI medical history/ medical certificate. Please download the following “Participation Application Form & Medical History Certificate then read the details and sign. Please hand this form to the staff of the operating company on the day of the activity. For minors who will be doing the activity alone, we need parent’s/guardian’s signature. Minors will not be allowed to participate without parent’s/ guardian’s signature. (*Non-refundable)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION All Diving Tour, guest must bring their Diving License. If the guest has their own diving gear they can use it during the diving tour. Cebu City and Mandaue guest additional charge for the transportation. There is a waiver to be signed by the guest for all divng tour.
