Visit a typical Kibbutz that was established on July 1932, 16 years before the establishment of the state of Israel.
We will spend half a day (flexible duration) visiting a Kibbutz in the north of Israel, meeting a local Kibbutz member who will show you around the Kibbutz, tell you about the history of the Kibbutz , and introduce you to the daily life in this unique way of life versus city life. Conclude the visit having lunch in a typical Kibbutz dining room (included).

Stroll down the serene paths of Kibbutz Ein Shemer Visit a working dairy farm Eat lunch at the Kibbutz dining hall Visit the Ein Shemer Ecological Greenhouse – an educational center dealing with ecology and social commitment where Jewish and Arab youths participate in seminars and workshops devoted to peaceful co-existence, ecology, environment and scientific research. Visit The Old Courtyard Museum – a museum depicting early kibbutz settlement in Israel, featuring indoor and outdoor exhibits of the early years of kibbutz life, as well as pioneering activities such as bread baking for children and youths. There’s an operable oil press, the oak train (a reconstruction of the Ottoman Turkish train that ran through the region at the beginning of the last century), an exhibit of tractors and agricultural machinery from the early 20th century and more.
